Residential and Commercial ServicesWe can provide quality irrigation services that promote water conservation and water efficiency management. We have a fully licensed staff of irrigation professionals. We can provide irrigation evaluations, repair, optimization, and installation upon request.
Residential ServicesNew Installation: Two requirements for a quality landscape irrigation system are Proper Installation and Reliability. Reliability pertains to proper spacing of heads, accurate hydraulic calculation, pressure compensation and quality equipment. Proper installation starts with a water efficient design, and accurate measurement of existing and future landscape plans. A final part of any new installation is meeting with the client to discuss the design and water conservation benefits. Optimization: Quality optimization of existing landscape irrigation systems will enhance water conservation and improve water coverage. Optimization starts with a proper evaluation performed by a licensed irrigator. The evaluation then becomes a guide for options to improve the existing landscape irrigation system. The options will be discussed with the client to ensure all concerns and issues are addressed. |

Repair: We work to respond as promptly as possible to repair requests. Only quality materials are used in our repairs. Installation Guarantee: Irrigation equipment is guaranteed against normal defects in manufacture for two years. Labor is guaranteed for one year. We guarantee proper coverage of all areas. Optimization and Repair Guarantee: Irrigation equipment is guaranteed against normal defects in manufacture for two years. Labor is guaranteed for one year only for areas of repair and optimization. We guarantee improved coverage only in areas of optimization. Trenching: We will use our best discretion for either mechanical or hand trenching to minimize damage to existing grass and plants. Pricing: Our pricing structure is based on quality and superior customer service. We are not normally the cheapest and if you are interested in quality and longevity, then we are the right choice.
Commercial ServicesEvaluation and Consultation Services: We can provide commercial consultations and evaluations for any size property. Our evaluation process starts with a consultation and discussion about the client’s issues and needs. Evaluation pricing and duration will be based on the number of irrigation stations and zones per station. We will provide a comprehensive report at the end of the evaluation process, which will address problem areas and water reduction guidance.
